Wave of Support Network

The Wave of Support Network represents the vast community of Tulane faculty and staff who are committed to caring for ourselves, each other, and our community.

While mental health on college campuses has been a concern for decades, the combined stressors of a global pandemic, climate disasters, and political tension have only exacerbated the chaos we all navigate every day. As faculty and staff, we cannot control these larger forces but we can work together to support students on our campus as they pursue their education.

The Wave of Support Network seeks to strengthen and amplify our network of resources, making it easier for students to identify and connect with supportive staff and faculty members. When students see the Wave of Support Network logo, they will know that you are someone who cares about their well-being, will respond to their concerns with empathy, and will connect them with additional support.

Each and every faculty and staff member on campus is an essential part of our community. Whether you are coordinating campus-wide projects to affect thousands or offering a small moment of compassion to one person, it all matters.
